A FREE, 8-week class about Hollywood comedy, presented by Tom Samp. Discussions and screenings each week.

Oct 2: Singin’ in the Rain (1952) Starring Gene Kelly, Donald O’Connor, Debbie Reynolds, Jean Hagen.  It’s the beloved musical comedy about Hollywood’s transition from silent film to talkies, and a loving tribute to the movies’ golden era.  Gene Kelly’s choreography is unforgettable.  Jean Hagen earned an Oscar Nomination as the madcap diva Lena Lamont. Great tunes like “Make ‘em Laugh” and “Good Morning”, as well as the iconic title tune.
